YOUTH, THE CONSCIOUS

Young people are the present, shaping the future today. They are not just “the next generation,” but already the driving force behind the development of society. Even in wartime, Ukrainian youth have proven that they are capable not only of defending their country on the frontlines but also of constructively influencing political processes and controlling the actions of those in power.

The main idea behind our organization is “Youth, the Conscious.” This means that we are not passive observers, but active participants and creators of change.

Alliance 24/08 is an NGO officially registered in Poland. We bring together different communities: students and young professionals, cultural activists and researchers, Ukrainians and Poles, the diaspora and people living permanently in Ukraine. It is an association of conscious people in which different generations, competencies, experiences, and initiatives come together to achieve a common goal. 24/08 is the day Ukraine regained its independence, reminding us that freedom is not something that is given forever, but requires daily effort. This date has become a point of reference for us: Ukraine's independence is a value that we must protect and strengthen in every context, even far beyond our country's borders.

The Alliance is a space where young people feel their own strength, learn to cooperate, and through joint activities change both themselves and the society around them. It is essential that the Alliance can unite not only individual participants but also entire initiatives, projects, and organizations. At the same time, they do not lose their identity, because the Alliance is not about unification, but about cooperation. It is a platform that empowers everyone while preserving diversity. We believe that our differences are not a weakness but a source of strength if they work in a common direction.
