The Alliance's functional team currently consists of 13 people, including individuals living not only in Warsaw, but also in other Polish cities (Krakow, Torun, etc.), Ukraine (Lviv, Kyiv), and other European countries. The team members are of different ages and have different skills, ranging from those with experience in diplomatic, political, and analytical institutions to those involved in student government and the media field. The professional interests of the Alliance's core team members cover a wide range of topics, from the development of Ukrainian-Polish relations and security policy to contemporary cultural trends and the development of information technology.

The Board is responsible for the strategic development of the Alliance, establishing partnerships,
representing the organization externally, and conceptualizing its projects, in which other team
members are also actively involved. Most of the Alliance's project concepts are based on the
opinions and ideas of team members, which were expressed during their selection for the Alliance.

The team also includes individuals who serve as consultants due to their valuable experience in creating and successfully implementing projects aimed at young people in EU countries.
